Payment Terms

All course fees for our video reporting and documentary journalism programs must be paid in full prior to course commencement. Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved credit card. reportflixo reserves the right to adjust course fees with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if the course is cancelled by reportflixo.
• Partial refund of 50 percent if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the start date.
• No refund for cancellations within 14 days of commencement or after course materials have been accessed.

Special Circumstances

In cases of documented illness or unforeseen hardship, reportflixo may consider a partial refund or credit towards a future course at its sole discretion. All requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
